Contact teamipswich Welfare

It's really easy to contact us in the Welfare Team - drop us an email at [email protected] or come over and chat at the poolside.  We're very friendly and always happy to listen to anyone about anything.

Teamipswich has also been chosed by Swim England to take part in a trial of an application called Club Portal. This is designed to give you the option to report concerns directly to our Welfare Officers, particuarly if you are unable to speak to them in person.

We have an online link to a short referral form that will go directly to Jessica, Rob and Vicki our Welfare Officers. They will be able to assess your concern and deal with it appropriately.

Please use this link to access the form

How To Report a Concern

Anyone concerned that a child or adult may be at risk of harm, or being harmed, should refer to our welfare team. The team is staffed by individuals experienced in dealing with these concerns and have undergone specific training for those with a designated role in safeguarding within sports.

If you have any concerns, please fill out the online referral form
