Teamipswich Squad Structure

• Swimmers may or may not progress through the full complement of performance squads
  
• Selection is based on various criteria including performance, consistency, attendance, commitment, attitude and potential.
  
• Swimmers in all performance squads will be ON A CONTINUAL TRIAL to maintain their placement.
  
• All swimmers will be offered alternative placements within the club/academy if they are not chosen to continue in the performance stream.
  
• All group moves are at the discretion of the Head Coach.
  
• Coaches and Teachers have full authority for squad selection. It is recognised there may be exceptions to these guidelines.
  
• Dotted lines denote that swimmers can move in both directions between squads.
